RAW SCOUT NOTES FROM MILWAUKEE BUCKS GAMES I WATCHED LAST SEASON (in order from start of the season to the end)
vs 76ers
BEASLEY takes the Maxey matchup
I think he could end up being huge for them
vs Pistons
BEASLEY
5th most 3PM since 21-22
vs Spurs
BEASLEY wasn’t much of a factor in this game
vs Jazz
BEASLEY currently the best corner 3P shooter in the NBA, from both
58% and 39% of 3PAs (ended season 47% and 40% of attempts)
Career 43% corner 3P shooter
vs Kings
BEASLEY leading the NBA in 3P% as this point in the season
vs Lakers
BEASLEY had gone a little 3 game stretch where he had struggled from 3 but gets it going in this game
Him making C&S at THIS level is huge for them
vs Lakers
This is nothing new but I am still very worried about this teams perimeter defense
I know the defense overall has gotten better since the change to Doc but that is still a personnel issue that I am not sure they are able to fix
BEASLEY has struggled in the 1st half defensively
Multiple breakdowns
Has been shooting extremely well throughout the season but that has dipped in the month of March (32%)
They need him to get this back for the playoff run
Hits some big ones tonight including to tie it in OT
Then misses a couple (make it 3) really good looks in 2OT
PLAYOFF NUMBERS
8.8 PPG on 51-44 shooting splits and 21.8 MPG
CAREER (4 seasons and 37 GP)
6.8 PPG on 41-37 shooting splits and 16.8 MPG (Nuggets, Wolves, Lakers and Bucks)
